14 seminar rooms and space for up to 200 participants
UTO KULM has 14 different seminar rooms. Every seminar room is equipped with the latest infrastructure. You can invite up to 200 participants to a seminar or workshop on Uetliberg. The rooms are flooded with natural daylight and have a pleasant ambience, so participants feel comfortable immediately.
Suitable rooms are available for group work during a seminar or workshop. Working groups can work and discuss business there undisturbed.

Château Cave
A room with a special layout and view of the city through semicircular windows. Ideal for seminars for 10-14 people.
Cosmo
Cosy attic-style room with quirky window shape and view of the countryside. Ideal for seminars for 12-14 people.
Foresto
Lovely seminar room in the basement with natural daylight and magnetic board. Ideal for group work or seminars for up to 15 people.
Grotto
Small but beautifully designed room in the basement with natural daylight and small terrace in a leafy-green setting. Ideal for group work and seminars for up to 13 people.
La Bellezza
Our restaurant can also be rearranged for business purposes. Light-filled room with panoramic view. Ideal for conferences involving a maximum of 300 people.
Mirasol
Spacious room with high ceilings and natural daylight on the ground floor. Ideal for seminars for anything from 30 up to a maximum of 80 people.
Passio
Bright, rectangular seminar room on the ground floor with view of the Reppischtal. Ideal for seminars for anything from 20 up to a maximum of 70 people.
Piazza
Country-style room on the ground floor with natural daylight and view over Zürich. Ideal for seminars for anything from 20 up to a maximum of 55 people.
Prisma
Bright room on the ground floor with special layout and lovely view of the countryside. Ideal for seminars for anything from 20 up to a maximum of 60 people.
Rondo
Comfortable room on the ground floor with natural daylight and high ceiling. Ideal for seminars for anything from 15 up to a maximum of 35 people.
Terzio
Small, square-shaped seminar room on the top floor with view of the countryside. Ideal for group work or small meetings of up to 9 people.
Turicum
Small, narrow room with large window facade and its own terrace with a view over Zürich. Ideal for group work or small meetings of up to 14 people.
Vista
Lovely room with large window facade and great panoramic view over the city, lake and mountains. Ideal for seminars for anything from 25 up to a maximum of 90 people.
Technical equipment
The standard equipment of the seminar rooms includes all the technical aids you need to make your seminar go successfully. We'll be pleased to organise any other equipment for you.

In the seminar rooms and hotel rooms, you can use our high-speed ADSL broadband connections free of charge. Simply connect the ADSL plug to your notebook and off you go!
Break room with view over the city and lake
Breathe deeply and enjoy: in work breaks, we spoil you in the "Allegra" room with a wide choice of drinks and snacks. Our break room is open to our seminar guests everyday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
